Turning Japanese, I think I'm turning Japanese, I really think so

This short but sweet post is in reference to the wonderful Japanese crafting and knitting books I received in the post.

I am in loooooovvveeeee with these books and the projects. I'll have to add money to the projects budget. I've narrowed the first project from each one, more on that to come late cause dancing with the stars is on and darn they kicked off Stacey but my favorite is Drew so the rest of the photos will have to wait. Added to which I've made great head way with Raspy and I've got to post those picks as well.

First Ever Posting

Technically this is the second ever posting, the first seems to have gone the way of the dodo bird. Anywho, I finally have another outlet for my knitting (the family has started to get bored with talk of knits and purls).

First up is the wonderfull addition to my stash of patterns. I'm sneeking time on the job to do this so...... the images will have to wait until I get home. That's gonna take some time because I have to go to the library for a project tonight.

I am quite proud of myself I got over a particularly hard section of my embroidery. Phase 1 is almost done and dusted.

Here's another photo:

And yet another photo, I'm just sooooo happy that I've managed to get this far:

I don't have any pictures of phase1 from before I started to now but trust me I've come a long way babe. However, I'm going to begin phase 4 and I've got the images from that, it's not even on the frame yet. Sshhhhhhhhhhhhhh, don't tell my teacher. She's concerned that I might have too many frames going and quite as kept., so am I but with phase 1 wrapping up production I feel energized. Also phase 2/3 is still languishing on the frame. I am determined to have it done by the end of the year.
